Use it or Lose It!

Most of us are familiar with the expression above, right?

I know when I see it, read it or hear it; I always think of one’s giftedness.

(You know, the God-given gifts/talents that are unique to each of us.)

Many times we aren't even aware that we have them.

Sometimes it requires a prompt, of sorts.

Well, I like to believe we can be prompts for one another,

…prompts that help us discover more of what we’ve got to offer each other and the world.

Because when we realize what we’ve got, we’ll use it before we lose it!

Better Than We Are

We all experience…


-     vain imaginations


-     tempting behaviours


-     negative thoughts


-     ferocious fears


-   foolhardy responses


-     and envious brooding

It’s part of our human condition.

But so is the desire to overcome that which doesn’t make us better than we are.

Go For Salubrious!

And why not?

If it’s favourable to or promoting health or wellbeing – by all means, right?!

So this year – maybe we should all "go for salubrious" when ever possible.

(Restoratives like, dancing, cycling, walking, jogging, hiking, etc.)


Think fresh and fighting-fit!

It might just lead to a better state of being.

And being in a better state, should help us maintain ourselves and our businesses!
