Do yourself a favour.

Be intentional about relieving the pressure that’s causing all your tension.

Do what ever is necessary –

…to rise above the stress level that you’re allowing to limit you.

Because you’re the only one who can.

For what it's worth, I once asked my husband to describe me in one word.

(No easy task.)

"Ooooh. Okay, give me a minute."


"Cartoon."

"Wait, that’s the one word you’ve chosen to describe me?"

"Yes. Cartoon. Definitely, cartoon."

"You mean like Jessica Rabbit or Betty Boop?"

"No, more like Olive Oyl."
